What is the difference between this system and the 360° Bird View system?
The 360° system “stitches” four images together into one top view (bird's eye view). The Smart All-in-One system displays images from up to 4 cameras as separate channels on one screen (e.g., in a split-screen). However, this system does have all the smart features such as AI detection, 4G cloud connection and GPS tracking.
How exactly does AI detection work on this screen?
The monitor is equipped with a powerful processor that analyzes the camera images in real time. The software recognizes the specific shapes of people and vehicles. As soon as someone enters your blind spot, a colored warning immediately appears on the screen to alert you to the danger.
Do I need a subscription for the 4G features and the app?
To watch live worldwide via the app when you are away from the RV, the system needs an Internet connection. To do this, you can insert your own 4G SIM card into the monitor or connect the system to an existing WiFi network in your RV. There are no mandatory monthly subscription fees from 3DM-Vision for using the app.
Where can I best place the 4 cameras?
Most customers choose one camera at the rear (reversing), two at the sides (blind spot) and a fourth camera inside the RV, the roof (for clearance) or at the water tank outlet. Because the cameras are universal, you can decide which points are most important to you.
