Warranty conditions 3DM-Vision
Digital Exterior Mirrors
Warranty period: 3 years from installation
Rush Guarantee: An emergency warranty applies during the first year. In case of technical faults or installation errors not attributable to the user or third parties, 3DM-Vision remedies the defect free of charge and as soon as possible on location within Europe.
The emergency warranty applies only to the digital exterior mirror system and does not apply to other systems or components.

Warranty period: 3 years from installation
Smart All-in-One Touchscreen
Warranty period: 3 years from installation
Exclusions
The warranty does not apply to:
- Damage caused by improper use, negligence or external influences (such as vandalism, weather conditions, or traffic incidents)
- Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Consumables or parts with limited life (such as fuses or cables)
- Indirect damages, such as consequential damages, vehicle downtime, loss of income or other incidental expenses
Conditions for Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, you must:
- The defect within 14 days upon observation in writing to report
- Grant 3DM-Vision access to the system for inspection and recovery
Liability
3DM-Vision's liability is limited to the free repair or replacement of defective parts within the warranty period. Any further liability for direct or indirect damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
